Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform wiring, conduit bending, and circuit installation under supervision
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with California electrical codes
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Install and maintain lighting, control systems, and power distribution
- Document work progress and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
- Willingness to obtain California Electrician Trainee certification
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout LA County
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
