Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain Nevada electrician license within 18 months
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Las Vegas Valley
