Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Follow safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC) at all times
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, troubleshooting, and installations
- Use diagnostic tools to identify electrical issues and implement solutions
- Document work performed and maintain equipment inventory
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within 6 months
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
