Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Learn and adhere to strict safety protocols and electrical codes
- Prepare job sites, organize tools, and maintain clean workspaces
- Read blueprints and technical documentation under supervision
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installations
- Document work progress and inventory usage accurately
- Participate in ongoing technical training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn through hands-on instruction
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
