Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Safely operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Install wiring, conduits, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and electrical codes
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts (training provided)
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee electrical license (company-sponsored)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
