Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Perform electrical maintenance tasks including fixture repairs and troubleshooting
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Install and connect wiring, outlets, switches, and circuit components
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide full training
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain Ohio electrical certification within 12 months
