In this role, you will work alongside master electricians to learn residential and commercial wiring, installation, and maintenance. We prioritize safety, quality, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding project timelines and requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the electrical trade.
