Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Safely handle tools, equipment, and materials following OSHA standards
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and compliance protocols
- Support emergency electrical service calls as needed
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to pursue state electrician licensing (company-sponsored)
