Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision

- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and system failures
- Prepare work areas and materials for electrical projects
- Document work performed and maintain project records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to obtain North Carolina electrical license within 12 months
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Charlotte metro
