Responsibilities
- Install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing using multimeters and specialized equipment
- Adhere to NEC codes and OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults and system malfunctions
- Document work progress and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in apprenticeship training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Willingness to obtain Journeyman certification within 18 months
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
