Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical faults
- Operate hand/power tools and testing equipment
- Document work progress and material usage
- Participate in 200+ hours/year of paid technical training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Pass background/drug screening
