Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Inspect electrical components for safety and compliance with NEC standards
- Assist senior electricians in troubleshooting and repair operations
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment and fixtures
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (climbing, confined spaces)
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Willingness to obtain Nebraska electrician license within 12 months
