Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to ensure compliance with electrical codes
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and equipment assembly under supervision
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical components
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and tools
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong commitment to safety and willingness to learn technical skills
- Basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations
