Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install and troubleshoot electrical systems per NEC standards
- Perform safety checks and maintain clean work sites
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Document work progress and maintain inventory
- Participate in ongoing safety and skills training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong commitment to safety protocols
- Willingness to earn required certifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
