Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Identify electrical issues and perform diagnostic troubleshooting
- Install and connect wiring, fixtures, and equipment according to safety codes
- Prepare work areas and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic understanding of hand/power tools
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee electrician license (company-sponsored)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Team player with excellent communication skills
