Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment according to blueprints and safety standards
- Inspect electrical components to identify hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA and NEC regulations
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment effectively and safely
- Document work performed and maintain accurate project records
- Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and circuits
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to complete state-required apprenticeship training
