Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Install and maintain wiring, conduit, and electrical fixtures
- Perform system diagnostics and basic troubleshooting
- Adhere to NEC and local electrical codes
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain clean work sites
- Document project progress and maintain equipment inventory
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (will train)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
- Massachusetts Electrical Trainee License preferred
