Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform residential wiring and circuit troubleshooting
- Adhere to PA electrical code and safety protocols
- Assist with commercial lighting and power distribution
- Document project progress and material usage
- Participate in 40-hour/month apprenticeship training
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours (some weekends)
- PA residency required for licensing process
- Pass background check and drug screening
