Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and system diagnostics
- Use hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Document work activities and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to work in various environments (heights, confined spaces)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Physical stamina for lifting materials and prolonged standing
- Willingness to obtain Arizona electrician license within 12 months
