Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations
- Learn to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Perform wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installations
- Conduct safety inspections and code compliance checks
- Maintain organized tool inventory and workspace
- Participate in emergency call rotations after certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license (or ability to obtain)
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across El Paso County
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to complete 160-hour paid training program
