Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and safety equipment
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA standards and local electrical codes
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and equipment troubleshooting
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in weekly skills training and safety workshops
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain Colorado Electrician Apprentice License
- Background check and drug screening required
- Basic math and measurement proficiency
