Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work adheres to NEC and California Title 24 compliance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex installations and renovations
- Document project progress and maintain accurate work records
- Participate in continuous safety training and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school certification preferred
- Valid California electrician trainee/journeyman license or ability to obtain within 3 months
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools, wiring methods, and materials
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces/heights
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
