Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems following blueprints and safety protocols
- Perform wiring, conduit bending, and device mounting under supervision
- Conduct system testing using multimeters and diagnostic tools
- Adhere to NEC codes and OSHA safety standards at all times
- Document work progress and maintain organized job sites
- Participate in 40-hour paid weekly training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide complete training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
- Commitment to safety and willingness to obtain certifications
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
