Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints and technical specifications for residential/commercial projects
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain clean work sites
- Learn and apply National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
- Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision
- Document work progress and maintain project logs
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within 6 months
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Carolinas
