Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Assist senior electricians with conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures using electrical testing equipment
- Adhere to all NEC codes, OSHA standards, and company safety protocols
- Document work progress and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime

- Reliable transportation to job sites within PA and NC
