Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and perform diagnostics
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and OSHA regulations
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment properly
- Collaborate with senior electricians on residential/commercial projects
- Document work completed and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift 50+ lbs
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to obtain Florida electrical license within 12 months
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
