Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing using multimeters and circuit analyzers
- Install conduits, wiring, and electrical components following safety protocols
- Prepare job sites and maintain clean, organized work environments
- Document work progress and complete compliance paperwork
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and Ohm's Law
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- Willingness to pursue state electrician licensing (we provide support)
