Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial properties under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with local electrical codes
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Support senior electricians during complex installations and repairs
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
- Participate in ongoing safety training and skills development
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical positions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Jose
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
