Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic testing on circuits
- Adhere to NEC codes and OSHA safety protocols
- Assist senior electricians with panel upgrades and service installations
- Document work orders and maintain project documentation
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical theory and Ohm's Law
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain Minnesota Electrician Apprentice license
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
