Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install and connect wiring, fixtures, and components following NEC standards
- Perform safety checks and troubleshooting on electrical equipment
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document work activities and materials used
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to stand, climb, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to obtain Ohio electrical license within 6 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
