Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Conduct equipment inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Document work progress and maintain project records
- Participate in safety training and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (Journeyman license support provided)
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills
