Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure compliance with California Electrical Code and OSHA standards
- Assist with troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks
- Collaborate with journeymen on commercial/residential projects
- Document work progress and maintain job site cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Completion of vocational training or apprenticeship program preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and equipment
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to pursue state certification (we provide training)
