Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Prepare job sites, including setting up equipment and cleaning up after completion
- Run conduit, pull wire, and perform basic wiring tasks under supervision
- Test electrical systems and troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and NEC regulations
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical skills
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, heights, confined spaces)
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong commitment to safety and willingness to follow instructions
