Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per blueprints and safety codes
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, conduit bending, and circuit troubleshooting
- Perform inspections using multimeters and voltage testers
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Adhere to OSHA and National Electrical Code standards
- Participate in apprenticeship training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool proficiency (pliers, wire strippers, drills)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to obtain MN electrician license within 6 months
