Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting electrical faults and malfunctions
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely
- Participate in emergency call-outs for urgent electrical repairs
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for voltage calculations and material estimations
- Willingness to obtain Florida electrician license within 6 months
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
