Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols on job sites
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and equipment setup
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work environments and comply with OSHA standards
- Participate in progressive skill development through our mentorship program
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Basic math and measurement skills
