Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Install and maintain wiring, conduits, switches, and circuit breakers
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Adhere strictly to National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety standards
- Maintain organized and clean job sites
- Participate in weekly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various physical conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Willingness to obtain Florida electrical license within 12 months
