Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision of licensed electricians
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation per NEC standards
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical components
- Assist with emergency service calls and after-hours maintenance as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Document work performed and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and Ohm's Law
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain Journeyman Electrician license within 2 years
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if not)
