Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing wiring, conduit, and electrical components
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical diagrams
- Perform safety checks and maintain clean job sites
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision
- Follow NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and safety protocols
- Document work progress and assist with inventory management
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Commitment to safety and willingness to learn technical skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
