Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Safely use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and electrical codes
- Install conduits, wiring, fixtures, and circuit breakers
- Perform inspections and troubleshooting tasks
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to complete 4-year apprenticeship program
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Philadelphia residency preferred
