Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Learn to read electrical blueprints and technical schematics
- Install conduits, wiring, and electrical fixtures under supervision
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and NEC standards
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to obtain NM Electrician Trainee certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
