Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements
- Install and maintain electrical systems including wiring, outlets, and fixtures
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all job sites
- Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Participate in on-the-job training programs to develop technical skills
- Complete documentation and reporting tasks accurately
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain NC electrical license within 3 years
- Basic math and communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
