Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation of wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform safety checks and maintain clean job sites
- Use hand and power tools under supervision
- Learn electrical codes and compliance standards
- Document work progress and inventory usage
- Participate in evening and weekend projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to travel throughout Virginia Beach area
- Basic math and measurement skills
