Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision of licensed electricians
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Assist with conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit panel installations
- Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with NEC and local codes
- Operate power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Document project progress and maintain clean work sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and math
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Nashville
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee apprentice electrician license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
