Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Install and connect wiring, conduits, and electrical components
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electrical circuits
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina to work in various conditions (heights, weather, confined spaces)
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
