Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specificationsConduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation under supervision
- Perform safety checks and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Document work progress and complete daily reports
- Participate in ongoing technical training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Kansas City
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
