Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to understand circuit layouts
- Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with NEC standards
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision
- Participate in on-the-job training programs to develop technical skills
- Document work progress and maintain organized job site materials
- Collaborate with senior electricians to troubleshoot electrical issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various physical environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
