Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in residential and commercial installations
- Learn to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Ensure compliance with California Electrical Code (CEC)
- Use hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment
- Participate in safety briefings and site inspections
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong commitment to safety protocols
- Willingness to obtain OSHA certification within 6 months
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
