Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install conduits, wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures
- Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- No electrical experience necessary – we train from the ground up!
