Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Use hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow NEC and OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical malfunctions
- Perform system inspections and documentation
- Participate in ongoing skills development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain PA electrician license within 2 years
- Basic math and measurement proficiency
